Brad J. Lamb
CEO
Brad J. Lamb founded Lamb Development Corp. in 2001. as a response to the city’s demand for ethical modern development. His development company has developed almost 5,000 units (a value of $4B+) in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Montreal, and Hamilton. Lamb Development Corp is building 3 towers with 20+ developments in its pipeline for a value of $5B. Lamb Development Corp’s mandate is to create beautiful and stylish homes in urban environments for the every man.
Brad J. Lamb is the presiding CEO of Elcium Corp. He founded Elcium in 2014. Elcium primarily builds, contracts, and manages the construction of all Lamb Development Corp. projects.
Our Team
John-Paul Faccio
General Manager
John-Paul Faccio currently holds the role of General Manager for Lamb Development Corp. and Elcium Corp. John-Paul is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction and development process for all projects from the commencement of the design, through to the closeout, final turnover and registration of each building. Also included with this responsibility is managing the employment and growth of both the office and site personnel groups. He has been pivotal in the hiring process for all internal staff as well as developing and maintaining the excellent working relationships that we have with our subcontractors and consultants.
John-Paul possess a vast and well rounded array of experience in the high rise real estate development sector, spanning over 20 years, including 11 years at Lamb Development Corp. Prior to employment with Lamb he worked with Empire Communities in the role of General Manager and Saddlebrook Management Consultants in the role of Project Manager. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University.
Mark Terminesi
Construction Manager
Mark Terminesi is the acting Construction Manager for Lamb Development Corp./Elcium Corp. His role currently entails the overseeing of Construction Practices, Procedures and Schedules. In addition to this, Mark currently oversees the coordination and implementation of drawings and details used during the construction process. He is also responsible for the building of Elcium’s site staff and construction teams to ensure that all schedules and budgets are met, and the developments are turned over as per plan.
Mark attended the Construction Management and Engineering course at George Brown College and has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years. Starting in the Industrial/Commercial sector employed by Royal plastics for his first 4 years, he then began a long career in the High-Rise Residential sector for the last 22 years. Some of the companies include Empire Communities, Pemberton Group, and currently Lamb Development Corp./Elcium Corp.
Alex Shepherd
Director, Pre-Construction
Alex Shepherd currently holds the role of Director, Pre-Construction for Elcium Corp. and Lamb Development Corp. Alex is responsible for overseeing the internal project management team and the delivery of all projects in the areas of design coordination, budgets, schedules, construction trade contracts, municipal permits, planning approvals, neighbour relations and occupancy.
Alex boasts over 12 years of experience in the high rise real estate development sector. He graduated from Western University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. His career started with 2 years in the field structural engineering prior to entering the high rise construction sector in 2011 in a role with a construction management firm. Alex has been employed with Elcium and Lamb since 2018 and has been involved in the delivery and execution of the East 55, Woodsworth, Bread Company, Bauhaus and Television City projects. He has demonstrated a proven track record of success in managing extensive project constraints in order to achieve the required schedules, scopes, budgets and overall quality of project delivery.
Kasra Modares
Project Manager
Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Toronto and Structural Engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano. During his 8 years in the industry he has contributed to over 12 projects in Southern Ontario ranging from mixed use residential, hotels, and retirement residences through zoning, site plan approval and construction.
Peter Terminesi
Project Manager
Construction Engineering Technology Diploma from George Brown College. He brings over 22 years of experience, 16 years with the City of Mississauga as municipal contract coordinator in roadway/infrastructure and the balance with Elcium, overseeing complex high-rise development while coordinating between consultants, trades and governing authorities.
